The below Terms & Conditions are applicable to Australian Asphalt Pavement Association (AAPA) Events, Workshops & Conferences. These terms and conditions are NOT applicable to any AAPA Training Courses. For Terms & Conditions to AAPA Training Courses, please click here.
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you understand that you are registering to attend an AAPA Event, Workshop or Conference managed by AAPA and all fees associated with your participation at an event. You may register on behalf of others, however you are deemed to be liable for all associated fees for all participants you register. Should you require assistance at any time please do not hesitate to contact the AAPA Head Office via +61 3 8416 4500 prior to finalising your registration.

Confirmation: A CONFIRMATION email and invoice will be sent to the email address supplied for each registrant upon completion of registration. Please ensure this confirmation is checked for accuracy. Where an email is not received after two (2) working days contact the AAPA Head Office. A copy of your invoice and bookings are available via the Member Centre at any time.
Payment Terms: Payment for AAPA Events, Workshops & Conferences and any selected addons (such as Sponsorship or Trade Displays) are due on completion of your registration. A CONFIRMATION email and invoice will be emailed to you with confirmation of your registration. A copy of your invoice is available via the Member Centre at any time. All fees are payable prior to commencement of the Event to ensure admission, unless by prior arrangement.
Credit Card Payments: Credit card payments entered during registration will be processed direct by AAPA’s Credit Card Merchant. Your credit card details will not be stored by AAPA.
Registration Cancellation Policy : An administrative fee of $100 per registrant will apply for cancellations received 30 days prior to the event. Cancellations after this date but received 15 days prior to the event will be charged $150 of total registration payable (GST included). Cancellations after this date will not be refunded; however, delegates may nominate a substitute in their place. Refunds will not be given for failure to attend, late arrival or early departures.
Refund Policy: Refunds are not payable if you simply change your mind, however if your circumstances change please contact AAPA immediately via email or phone 03 8416 4500 amend your registration or associated requirements.
Event Cancellation or Postponement :Should an Event be cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, AAPA will endeavour to process a full refund within 30 days of such circumstances becoming known. Refunds will only be processed to the credit card
Conference 2019 – Accommodation: AAPA is not responsible for the accommodation bookings for the 2019 Conference. All accommodation bookings must be made directly through Arinex, the official PCO for AAPA’s 2019 Conference. Any queries, bookings and cancellations must be made directly to Arinex.
Disclaimer of Liability: AAPA reserves the right to amend fees or any part of the conference program or event, should it be necessary. AAPA will not accept liability, for damages of any nature sustained by participants or their accompanying persons, for loss or damages of their personal property, as a result of the conference or related event.
The opinions expressed at AAPA events or conferences are those of presenters, and do not necessarily reflect the views of the Association.
